With the use of Molecular Gastronomy and artistic plating you will be taken to another understanding of ingredients and combinations.

My Inspiration

As a sci-fi and science lover I love and admire the world of Molecular Gastronomy and Molecular cookery. “I want order and taste. A well-displayed meal is enhanced one hundred percent in my eyes”-Marie-Antoine Carême leading French Chef of the 19th century. These words inspire me to a sense of wanting to display beautiful plates and exceed my own expectations. Down from color, to taste, to combination of nature infused plates such as an earthy dish that reminds you of a forest bed with mushrooms, with selected figs blended into a sauce and a protein or vegetable for our veggie lovers. All this displayed with the use of machinery and techniques to give it a unique look and sensation to your palate. Tools used for such unique plates are smoke guns to infuse flavors and smoked sensations to foods and even pastries. Spherificator to make semi solid spheres into gelled spheres that resembles caviar. Down from emulsification to sous vide, all used to create magnificent dishes of scientific techniques. I desire to grow and invite others to join me in this growth and enjoy my dishes of scientific/artistic display. Test your palate, try new things, let me be your guide.
